SHIPPING POLICY
Cr8tiveKicks.com has ship with Federal Express and the US Postal Service to provide several fast and affordable shipping options.
FedEx Ground Shipping — This is a fast and affordable option for orders delivered to home or business addresses in the continental United States. Delivery times of 5 to 6 business days depending on location.
FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight Shipping — Fast delivery and complete trackability of your order from the time it leaves the Cr8tiveKicks.com main store (Cincinnati) Until it arrives at your front door. 3-Day shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.
USPS Priority Mail — Orders delivered to a P.O. box, APO/FPO address, or US territory will be shipped Priority Mail by The United States Postal Service. Delivery to a P.O. box within the Continental United States will take approximately 1 week, and delivery to APO/FPO, US territories, or a P.O. box outside the Continental United States will take approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on location. If you need faster shipping, please consider delivery to an alternate location in the Continental United States.
Standard Shipping — Low cost-effective delivery for packages under 70 lbs. Typically 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous US for delivery. Standard Shipping is available to all US addresses, including P.O. Boxes. This carrier picks up your Cr8tiveKicks.com package from our fulfillment facility and passes the package on to the US Post Office (USPS) for final mile delivery.
*Orders with a weight of over 50 total lbs or that require multiple package shipments, may be subject to shipping charges that are higher than our standard rates. Orders meeting these provisions will be held, and you will be contacted for approval on additional shipping charges before releasing your order for shipment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR CR8TIVEKICKS.COM MERCHANDISE.
We accept returns for up to 15 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back intimate items including underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the Cr8tiveKicks.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Cr8tiveKicks.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, Cr8tiveKicks.com does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.
